Bio
Tasha Moore is a film and television writer. Her feature script MAN CALLED BUFFALO was optioned in January 2012 by Rival Pictures and will be produced byEdward Parks. Mr. Parks won the Producer’s Guild 2012 award for Outstanding Producer of Documentary for Beats Rhymes & Life: The Travels of a Tribe Called Quest. MAN CALLED BUFFALO will be directed by celebrated filmmaker Chris Eyre, whose works include Smoke Signals, Skins, and most recently Hide Away with Josh Lucas. The film is being cast by Twilight casting director, Rene Haynes.

Man Called Buffalo (Drama)Logline
Two young Navajo brothers escape from their abusive stepfather through the fictional adventures of their hero, Man Called Buffalo. When the abuse hits a breaking point, they flee on foot to Wyoming in search of the buffalo from their beloved stories. What they discover is that the further they get from the Reservation, the more they realize their hero's world can only exist in a book.
