Reena Dutt is a producing fellow with Project Involve, and actor for film, television, new media, and theatre in Los Angeles. Dutt is currently producing the feature film, As Good As You, starring Marin Hinkle, a serious comedy about mourning the right way. She is also in post-production for June, Adrift, a feature shot in Chesapeake City, Maryland.

Her short film El Doctor was recently acquired by PBS/Latino Public Broadcasting System, and her shorts: Or Die, 3 Puffs of Gold and Shameless are travelling the festival circuit internationally. Online, she has produced web series for both Justin Lin’s YOMYOMF Network (Squad 85) and Tello Films (Kiss Her film Famous, Season II) respectively.

Other producing credits include Snapshot! which was a finalist for the New Filmmakers On Location competition in Los Angeles, produced via Off-Chance Productions, a media collective she co-founded. Dutt was also involved with Off-Chance’s LAWeekly and Ovation winning shows on stage, The Limitations of Genetic Technology and Shaheed: The Dream and Death of Benazir Bhutto.

As an actor, Dutt recently shot a pilot opposite David Koechner for A&E, and has been seen on CBS and NBC. On stage she has worked with Furious Theatre, Mark Taper Forum’s New Works Fest, Theatre of NOTE, The Matrix, HERE! Arts Center (NYC), and Miller Theatre (NYC), to name a few.

Dutt is a Media Arts graduate of the University of Arizona, Tucson, and the Meisner program at William Esper Studio (NYC).
