Mary is an independent producer who now wants to move into directing. Her credits as a producer include Floating, with Chad Lowe, and Barstow 2008, currently on the festival circuit. She also works as a line producer and production manager. She also writes fiction and was in a punk band several years ago in L.A.

Mary was in the Screenwriters Lab in 2001–Lee David Zlotoff, who was the Lab Instructor, is a big fan of the project and has continued to advise Mary after the Lab. Mary has two producers attached to the project: Saki Fenderson, who was Associate Producer on Jim McCay’s film “Our Song,” and Mike Carp, who runs the specials effects company Lunar Fish.

Before becoming a producer, Mary directed theater. She is currently in post on her first short film.
