Marques Green began his career shadowing Emmy® Award winning and Oscar® nominated directors Jon Alpert and Matthew O’Neill on the ESPN feature A Woman Among Boys. Afterwards, Green directed The Bluest Note, which screened internationally and won top honors at the Black Reel Awards and the Blackstar Film Festival. His next film Ade?, follows a ruptured family dealing with a sudden manic episode. Green holds a BA from Colgate University in Political Science and Sociology and an MFA from the American Film Institute, where he received the Frank Pierson Scholarship. He is currently developing his first feature.
