Mariscela Beatriz Mendez is originally from San Antonio, Texas, and completed a year of studying cinematography at the American Film Institute Conservatory in Los Angeles. She graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Photocommunications from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She enjoys working on narrative and documentary projects and has a particular affinity for shooting in black and white. Mariscela aspires to travel the world as a cinematographer for features, shorts, documentaries, commercials, and music videos.
