Liz Cardenas is a 2019 Film Independent Spirit Award nominee whose producing credits include Augustine Frizzell’s Never Goin’ Back, David Lowery’s A Ghost Story, (Sundance/A24) and Daniel Laabs’ Jules of Light & Dark (Best U.S. Narrative Feature at 2019 Outfest). Under her Ten to the Six Pictures, she has a slate of four features filming in the US and abroad. Liz was a former reporter for The Dallas Morning News who was raised by her Hispanic father and Irish-American mother. She has directed two shorts and co-created a series of children’s films.
