Bio

Kuang Lee was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and raised in Southern California. He has a BA in English Literature from UCLA and an MFA in Film Production from Loyola Marymount University. His documentary film EastSide had its world premiere at the 2003 Los Angeles Film Festival, and has screened in film festivals worldwide. In 2004, EastSide received a television license from Showtime Networks. Kuang’s first feature script Language Lessons was a 2004 IFP Film Market Emerging Narrative project. His current project is the comedic feature Ruby.
