Katherine Martinez De Leon is an LA-based writer/producer with a focus in animation. In college, she studied diverse storytelling, and then completed a masters in producing, and has since worked for the Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, MGM, and the Jim Henson Company. Over the last year, she worked with Stage 32 as a development consultant for animated projects, where she helped to develop multiple projects and set up some writers with pitches at major studios. Currently, along with developing her own projects, she works at Netflix in feature animation and is a mentor for Women in Animation.
