Justin Calen Chiang studied illustration at the Art Center College of Design, but decided to teach himself film after realizing painting not what he wanted. The result of his foray is a very personal, emotionally powerful feature film written and directed by Chiang titled The Way Of Snow http://www.thewayofsnowfilm.com , which had its premiere at the UK Bradford Film Festival and garnered a positive review from William Morris. Recently, Chiang has written and directed a science fiction triptych feature, titled Embers of the Sky, which stars an international cast and a team that has worked on films such as Dark Knight, Star Wars, The Stoning of Soraya M., Harsh Times, and many more. He now also currently has screenplays in various stages in development.
