Joanna Renita Terry earned her Bachelors degree in Mass Communication at Frostburg State University. Since then she has completed six short scripts and four feature-length scripts. She wears many hats as a writer, editor, cinematographer, and producer. Her mission is to create and represent positive, intelligent, three-dimensional African American characters in the film industry. Terry is currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Screenwriting at the North Carolina School of the Arts.
