Bio
In 2010 the critically acclaimed film Entre Nos marked Gloria La Morte’s debut as a feature writer, director and editor. The film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival where it earned an Honorable Mention and went on to win over ten festival awards worldwide. She started making films in 2000 when she wrote and co-produced her first short film, “Crush” (HBO). In development for La Morte is the feature adaptation of the magical realist dramedy Soledad novel by Angie Cruz, with whom she is co-writing the screenplay. She is a producer and second season writer on Get Some!, a hot fun comedy on KollideTV and co- writer and co-producer on A Paso De Mangles, a gripping drama inspired by true events along Colombia’s Pacific Coast.
