A late-twenties artist and her boyfriend turn the family house into chaos while the parents are away. As their return date looms, they scramble to restore order, grappling with the shame of their immaturity.

Synopsis

LA, 2024. Min and her boyfriend Parker say goodbye to Parker’s parents – Joy and Charlie. Joy reminds them how to take care of the house. Min and Parker remind the parents that they are almost thirty and know how to be responsible.

It becomes obvious very soon why Joy was worried. The house is quickly turning into chaos. As the initial thrill fades, the story reveals why the couple is the way they are now. Min is struggling to build a career as an artist. Parker is unemployed and plays video games non-stop.

As a storm arrives, they are both forced to face their shame and immaturity. The bubble they created for each other is on the verge of bursting. They realize they need to finally make the scary step forward to become adults.
