Be the CEO of Your Career
Be the CEO of Your Career
Filmmakers and screenwriters are entrepreneurs. We are startup businesses of one. But many of us don’t operate that way – instead, we wait for “permission” from others to pursue a project or make decisions.
We’re pleased to welcome filmmaker Lisa Ebersole (37 Problems) back to Film Independent for an interactive workshop on moving your career forward, independent from gate keepers. You will learn the fundamental principles that successful startups employ and how to apply them to your artistic career. Topics will include: developing an actionable vision with goals and flexibility; how to act like it’s happening (even when you fear it won’t); ways to build multiple revenue streams; and how to connect and serve with authenticity.
