Miriam Shor has worked as a director and actor in film and TV for over 25 years. She recently directed and starred in the critically-acclaimed Younger on Paramount+/TVland, earning a Critics Choice nomination. Her most recent films Maestro and American Fiction were nominated for a total of 12 Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Past work includes Hedwig and the Angry Inch (Sundance Directing and Audience Awards, Berlinale Best Feature Film Award, Satellite Award nom.). Her work can be seen on HBO, FX, Netflix and many other platforms. Shor is a member of the Directors Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA.
