T-minus 4 days to Forum 2022!
The countdown to the highly anticipated 16th annual Film Independent Forum has begun! This year’s Forum will be kicking off on Monday, October 24 with in-person live events at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles. We will start at 2:00pm PT with a presentation on how marketing can drive social, political and cultural change.
Following the afternoon’s networking events – the Industry Connect meetings and the Forum Welcome Reception – we’re excited to bring you the Filmmaker Keynote from dynamic writer/director duo Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert – aka Daniels, the filmmakers behind this year’s indie smash, Everything Everywhere All At Once – and finally, ending the evening with a screening of A24’s The Inspection, followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.
For the first time in the Forum’s history, we are offering a hybrid format, with the rest of the jam-packed week filled to the brim with virtual and livestreamed panels, case studies, and workshops! If you are new to the Forum, get a taste of what you’re in for with a look back at the 2020 Forum.
There are various ways to take advantage of this year’s hybrid format. Make sure to check out the complete Forum Schedule so you don’t risk missing a second of it! Get your passes now before they are all gone!
