Elisa Lleras, born and raised in Valladolid, Spain, is a producer with over 5 years of experience in video games, advertising, online videos and film. Her short films have premiered in the official selection of Sundance (The Strange Ones) and the Cannes Film Festival (A Viagem The Trip) and went on to win awards at festivals around the world. She has also produced several feature films, including Half the Perfect World, starring Heather Lind (Boardwalk Empire) and Cara Buono (Mad men) currently in post-production. In advertising, Lleras produced content targeted specifically to the Latin-American market for clients such as McDonalds, Ford and Mundo Fox, and online advertising for clients such as Echoing Green, TED and the Goldhirsh Foundation. Lleras’ current projects include the horror film Sinkholed with Spanish director Andres Rosende and the feature film A Texas Story, directed by David Martin Porras. Lleras has an MFA in Creative Producing from Columbia University and is a fellow of the distinguished Spanish program Obra Social La Caixa.
