Michael Flores is in his final year of the graduate film production program at USC. Prior to pursuing film, he majored in biology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, studied in New Zealand for a year, conducted medical research in France, and taught English in Spain. He also spent three years working for Merck Pharmaceuticals as a sales representative. During the past few years, Flores has made several short films and worked as a production assistant on a number of feature films. This past summer, he spent three months in Beijing, China, working on a short documentary.
