For many people, inclusion means being a member of multiple overlapping groups centered around culture, gender and ethnicity, as well as disability. This intersectionality can inform the story development process, and the marketing and promotion of content as we strive to reach and build global audiences for the ever-evolving entertainment industry.

Based in the company’s Santa Monica office, Lewis plays a key role in expanding STARZ Original series, developing and overseeing production of new scripted shows including P-Valley from Katori Hall and Hightown from Rebecca Cutter (Gotham), Gary Lennon (STARZ Original Series Power) and Jerry Bruckheimer TV. She oversaw the first season of the drama series Dublin Murders, adapted from Tana French’s Dublin Murder Squad series of novels.

Lewis currently serves on the advisory board for Made in NY Writers Room, a program that provides mentorship, industry access and financial support to underrepresented writers who live in New York City and seek to tell stories that are not often depicted on television.

Prior to joining Starz, Lewis served as producer at AK Worldwide where she led creative development and production for the New York-based company operating in digital, film, television, theater and publishing worlds headed by Grammy award-winning musician, actress and producer Alicia Keys. Lewis also drove development on multiple scripted and unscripted series for Amazon, Freeform, MTV, USA and Viceland; as well as the Alvin Ailey feature film at Fox Searchlight.

Lewis also served as executive producer on several films including The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete starring Jordin Sparks, Jennifer Hudson, Anthony Mackie and Jeffrey Wright; and the associate producer for Firelight – a Hallmark Hall of Fame/ABC movie starring Cuba Gooding Jr.

Lewis holds a B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
