Film Independent Presents… a day of family fun!

Prior to our 11:00 am screening of Missing Link, you and your children are invited to enjoy a special reception, starting at 10:00 am. We’ll have healthy snacks and other special surprises in store for kids and grownups alike.

Meet Mr. Link (Zach Galifianakis): 8 feet tall, 630 lbs and covered in fur, but don’t let his appearance fool you… he is funny, sweet and adorably literal, making him the world’s most lovable legend at the heart of Missing Link, the globe-trotting family adventure from LAIKA. Tired of living a solitary life in the Pacific Northwest, Mr. Link recruits fearless explorer Sir Lionel Frost (Hugh Jackman) to guide him on a journey to find his long-lost relatives in the fabled valley of Shangri-La. Along with adventurer Adelina Fortnight (Zoe Saldana), our fearless trio of explorers encounter more than their fair share of peril as they travel to the far reaches of the world to help their new friend. Through it all, the three learn that sometimes you can find a family in the places you least expect.

Film Independent Members may reserve screening tickets starting at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 20. | Screening tickets are free; limit two adult and two child tickets per order (4 total). | Proof of Member status is required to reserve tickets during advance reservation period.

Free parking is available in the secured underground structure, accessible via Sunset Blvd. An adjacent lot for overflow parking is located behind the building an can be accessed from Stanley Ave. Additionally, ample street parking is available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets may be picked up during the pre-screening reception, starting at 10:00 am, at the Film Independent box office table located inside the theater lobby. Tickets are for general, unreserved theater seating. Ticketed guests must be in their seat(s) 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time or seat(s) may be released. Reservations do not guarantee entry, even with a ticket in hand. Entry/seating will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are nontransferable and can only be picked up by the individual who reserved them.
